Monday, November 4, in NYC. And I’ll be there!! I am so excited to be seeing Richard Armitage in person!
I really want to thank Julie at RA Central for giving me her extra ticket. I missed out on getting one when they first became available. Then I entered every contest I knew about for a ticket. No winners. I couldn’t believe that Richard Armitage was going to be at a live event in NYC and I wasn’t going to be able to go! Thankfully, though, I will be able to.
Richard is happy that I’ll be there on Monday!
I have no idea what will happen. One thing is certain – I’ll meet a lot of my online friends I’ve met through our admiration of Mr. A. I’ve already spoken on the phone to two of them and am sure to meet up with many more on Monday. I’m really looking forward to sharing such an exciting event with other fans!
I have no questions for him. I don’t expect to get anywhere near him either. I will just be happy to see him in person. It means a lot to me. I’ve wanted to see him so badly since I first became a fan. I never thought I’d get the chance.
Thorin is welcoming us to see some new DoS footage.
I love the idea that the event will be taking place simultaneously around the world. It will be fun to see the other actors in the other venues. Evangeline Lilly in L.A., Lee Pace, Andy Serkis and Luke Evans in London. And Peter Jackson in Wellington with Jed Brophy! It will be fun to know that other Armitage Army members are in the other audiences! It will be so interesting to compare notes on what we experienced at the different venues.

have I mentioned how excited I am for you? I think I may have, once or twice 😉 if I were going, I wouldn’t ask a question either; too many people to speak in front of! just soak it all in and bring that essence back to share with all of us 🙂 it will be so fun to meet up with other fans, have fun!!
